Play Day Reminder

Oxford Primary School Picnic and Play Day 

Wednesday June 17th

                                         (Rain date June 18th) 

The Oxford Primary School students and staff celebrate the end of the school year with a day called Play Day, a fun-filled day of outdoor field games and water play activities. 

Your child should wear socks, sneakers, and clothes that are appropriate for active play. 

Also, in order to participate in water-play activities, he/she will need a bathing suit or a complete set of extra clothes to change into, a towel, and a plastic bag for wet clothes. 

Girls: If your bathing suit is a 2-piece, you could wear it under your clothes to school, but don't forget to bring all of the dry clothes you will need to change. 

Boys: You could wear swim trunks as shorts that morning if you choose, but don't forget to bring all of the dry clothes you will need to change. 

Parents are not allowed to come for Play Day. Teachers will take pictures and post them on Parent Square for all to enjoy. 

Since we will be spending a lot of time outside in the sunshine, please apply sunscreen to your child before dressing him/her for school.

Reminders: 

Apply sunscreen when dressing for school in the morning.
